Privacy policy

We only collect what we need:

• -Contact form — your name, email address, company (optional), the type of inquiry and your message, together with the language of the page and your IP address.
• -Website analytics — anonymous, aggregated statistics such as page views, referring sites, country and device type. No cookies are used and no individual profile is created.
• -Software updates — when our desktop software checks for updates it contacts our servers. Standard request data (IP address, product name and version) may be recorded in server logs.
• -Free web tools — files you open in our web tools (such as planc Image) are processed entirely in your browser. They are never uploaded to or stored on our servers.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

• -To read and reply to your inquiry and keep a record of our correspondence.
• -To deliver, secure and improve our website and software.
• -To prevent spam and abuse of our services.

We process contact information on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in answering requests you send us.

We use a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service:

• -Google Cloud — hosting and server logs (data stored in Singapore).
• -Resend — delivery of contact form notifications by email.
• -Cloudflare — privacy-focused website analytics.

Some of these providers may process data outside the Philippines. We rely on their contractual and security commitments to protect it.

• -Contact inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records, and deleted when no longer needed or when you ask us to.
• -Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.
• -Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you.

planc.ph does not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access, to correct, to object to processing, to have your data erased or blocked, to data portability and to claim damages. You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).

To exercise any of these rights, contact us through our contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restrict access to personal information to people who need it, and store secrets such as API keys in a managed secret store.

We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
